We at KinSend view spam as any unwanted and unsolicited text message whether SMS or MMS.

HOW CAN I REPORT SPAM TO KINSEND?
To report any improper use, spam, or violations of the KinSend Terms of Service, please contact us at any time. All reports are taken seriously, prioritized and will immediately be investigated.

HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE MYSELF FROM A TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) CAMPAIGN?
You can opt-out of any future SMS marketing being powered by KinSend by responding the words ‘STOP’ or ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ to the number you received messages from.

WHAT IS KINSEND’S ANTI SPAM POLICY?
KinSend does not tolerate SMS spam. We reserve the right to pause or terminate any campaigns or accounts we have determined to be in violation of our Spam Policies or our Terms of Service.
